1. It can determine trace amounts of carbon (C), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S) elements, suitable for various metal substrates, such as iron based, aluminum based, copper based, nickel based, chromium based, titanium based, magnesium based, zinc based, tin based, and lead based. The full spectrum technology covers the range of full element analysis, and channel elements can be selected according to customer needs;
2. The analysis speed is fast, and the elemental composition of all channels can be measured within 20 seconds. By setting pre ignition time and markings for different analysis materials, the instrument can achieve optimal analysis results in a short period of time;
3. The optical system adopts a vacuum constant temperature light chamber, and the arc flame generated during excitation is directly introduced into the vacuum light chamber by the lens, achieving direct optical path connection, eliminating optical path loss, improving detection limit, accurate measurement results, excellent reproducibility and long-term stability;
4. The special structure design of the optical chamber reduces the volume of the vacuum chamber, and the vacuum pumping speed is less than half that of a regular spectrometer;
