1、 Product Overview:

This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GB12347-2008 "Bending Fatigue Test Method for Steel Wire Ropes" and YB/T428-2012 "Bending Fatigue Test Method for Steel Wire Ropes for Elevators" standards (national patent application: 202121703589.3).

2、 Product features:

The WPQ-9.5/19 steel wire rope fatigue testing machine is used to conduct bending fatigue performance tests on steel wire ropes with diameters ranging from 1.6 to 9.5mm/8-19mm. It can measure the number of bending fatigue times when the first steel wire breaks, the number of bending fatigue times when one strand or all of the sample breaks, or the number of bending fatigue times when the number of broken wires within one lay reaches the specified value, or the number of bending fatigue times when the sample reaches the specified value. This machine adopts specialized software and LCD screen display (with the option of microcomputer control), which has the characteristics of reliable testing, intuitive and accurate readings, and is a necessary testing product for steel wire rope production enterprises and research institutions.
